We’ve hand-picked the most beautiful fabric for The Coat sewing pattern plus, if you have already bought your sewing pattern, you have the option to purchase the kit without the pattern.
Available in three stunning colours, The Coat Kit includes 3.5 metres of high-quality Jubilee Boiled Wool (50% wool / 40% viscose). It is the perfect choice for this pattern. See below for fabric details and care information. The cut edges of this fabric do not fray and therefore hemming and lining boiled wool garments is optional.
When you purchase your limited edition fabric kit, you can choose from Charcoal, Mustard or Blue. This collection of colours is so classic and will pair perfectly with the rest of your wardrobe. Please note, colours may look different on your monitor. The model is wearing the Charcoal colour.
If you already have purchased The Coat sewing pattern, don’t worry, we’ve included an option to purchase the kit without the sewing pattern.
Each fabric kit contains the following:
Printed copy of The Coat sewing pattern
3.5 metres of fabric in your colour choice
Lining fabric
Iron-on interfacing
Two 2-hole metal buttons
3mts Bias binding
250m Gutermann thread
Please note we have included enough binding to bind the facing and back lining edges.
Fabric information: Jubilee Boiled Wool (50% wool / 40% viscose); professionally clean only; Iron low heat
Lining information: Woven anti-static dress lining – polyester. Pre-wash this fabric up to a 40˚ cycle.

Hello! We recently moved our blog over from another wordpress blog and in the process deleted some of our content! We are feeling very silly but have just purchased some gorgeous coat fabric (with a clear right and wrong side) so will start the blog all over again asap.
